Training Information

Just GLO Institute holds a two-day, instructor led course (on a monthly basis) that provides you with the basic entry-level information needed to start your career in the aesthetic industry. The course includes lecture, a clinical practicum as well as an entrepreneurial business component. Post training you will receive a customizable mentorship with a senior Just GLO Network provider to learn the business hands on!

Our Upcoming Training Dates

Day 1

Is a lecture-based didactic class going over dermal filler, neurotoxin, and facial anatomy, along with a business portion that goes over how to be your own boss! This is taught by one of our senior Just GLO nurses and the founder Jamie Smith During day one you have one of the Just GLO reps provide a presentation about their product(s) and how they work with Just GLO. You will be able to ask questions and get a solid visual overview of how Just GLO operates.

Day 2

Is a clinical practicum. You will be placed in a group with one of the Just GLO trainers where you will inject (neurotoxin, filler, or both) on models. Your Just GLO trainer will demonstrate and supervise each injection. After training is complete you will be placed with one of our senior Just GLO Nurses who will be your mentor.

For day two of training you will be asked to bring models (with advance notice the Just GLO team can coordinate with you if you are unable to). You can also be a model yourself although it is not a requirement but we do encourage participation. Models pay a reduced discounted price for dermal fillers and neurotoxin during training.

Mentorship Information

The enrollment fee includes a mentorship with one of our senior injectors. Your mentorship is approximately 1 month with 3 mandatory in-person days! Part of the mentorship will require the student to travel to the location of their mentor to shadow them. The times and locations will vary due to the varying locations of our senior staff and their schedules. This mentorship will require flexibility in your work/life schedule to complete but is an important part in learning the aesthetics practice and the Just GLO business. The Just GLO team will do our best to assign mentors that will be convenient for your location, however you should coordinate with us in advance if you are anticipating a mentorship that is not near one of our training centers. We also know that each mentorship will be different for each individual based on experience and needs. Your mentorship MUST be started within 30 days of completion of the training.

The mentorship is to allow you to see and learn what it takes to be an entrepreneur in the aesthetic field. You will get first-hand experience of what a day in the life of an aesthetic nurse provider working autonomously looks like. This allows extra hand-holding that can be helpful at the beginning of your injection career. By no means will you be an expert injector (nor do we expect you to be) after the completion of this mentorship, but it is similar to a new career orientation period where you learn the key basics to operate independently. It will also provide you with more knowledge on injecting independently. This mentorship can help you determine if joining with the Just GLO Network is right for you.

Days One & Two Agenda

These shadow days are where you will go into your mentors’ place of business and see firsthand what a day in the life of an independent nurse injector that is part of the Just GLO network. You will observe their techniques, learn different skills, observe client consultations and so much more! You can also expect to learn more about the different neurotoxins, a range of dermal fillers, skin services like microneedling, and how to chart on the EMR system provided by the Just GLO Network. The advantages of our internal communication app and how to purchase products. Just GLO has a mandatory checklist that is provided for you and your mentor to ensure certain topics are covered.

Day Three Agenda

An observation day where you will bring in your own models to inject and your mentor will observe you! This will not only ensure that you have mastered the material you learned during your training and mentorship but to also ensure that you will be a safe and successful injector.

Training App

The days when you are not present with your mentor will be spent reviewing the materials we have provided including a mentee checklist of key information. This checklist has important information you will learn throughout your mentorship and will need to have completed for onboarding. All of this information is on our exclusive training app and includes all requirements you will need to complete your mentorship.

Joining The Just Glo Network

At the end of the mentorship there will be an evaluation form turned in by your mentor. This evaluation form is used to determine if you have successfully completed your mentorship and are able to join the Just GLO Network. This evaluation is important in moving forward in the aesthetics field, including your eagerness to learn, knowing that the education does not end with the completion of this course. You and your mentor will review this evaluation together and options available depending on the status of your evaluation.
