Our Story

Just GLO was founded by nurse injector and entrepreneur, Jamie Queen-Smith. Jamie has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Aesthetic Nursing as well as a background in Emergency Nursing, she overall has 22+ years of experience in the medical industry. She loves using her artistic ability to enhance clients’ natural beauty while boosting their self-esteem.

Jamie was inspired to challenge the exclusivity and inaccessibility of traditional med spa services, believing that everyone deserves to feel good about themselves. After leaving a prestigious medspa, Jamie started Just GLO out of her house in 2018. Jamie challenged the conventional marketing narrative centered around the aesthetic industry and now we have hundreds of nurses that practice independently under the direction and management of Just GLO Medical Directors and our business support team.

This is where Just Glo comes in. We offer training that will empower nurses to become independent injectors and an opportunity for all previously trained nurses to join the Just Glo Network and operate independently with medical director oversight and business support.

Work for Yourself, Not by Yourself

If you are a registered nurse, once trained, you are open to practice throughout the state and our other approved states:

You can practice out of your home, salon, or your client’s home (we encourage everyone to always check with your State’s Nursing Board to make sure you are abiding by your state’s scope of practice laws.
While you will be operating as an independent contractor, you are part of a team, The Just GLO Network. Being a part of this team means you will always have support and learn from other Just Glo providers.

You are allowed to work at your own pace. This can be a part-time or full-time position. YOU WORK FOR INDEPENDENTLY!!! What does this mean? No manager or owner telling you how to prioritize your clients or time and what products to sell. This allows you the opportunity to do what’s best for your business and your client.

Is Injecting Right For YOU?

If you are a registered nurse and want to expand your skills by entering the aesthetic field of nursing, then injecting IS right for you. Injecting is a combination of science and art. The art of injecting is not always concrete thinking. Yet, it requires you to think outside the box and provide individualized aesthetic care for each patient. While this position may seem glamorous, you will still be working with and providing medical treatment to the general public. You must be willing to establish an ongoing relationship with your clients.

This IS NOT a position for a person who doesn’t thrive in an AUTONOMOUS POSITION. You must be confident in taking risks and address concerns with your clients. While the Just GLO team will provide support, you are ultimately functioning as an individual and will need to make day-to-day decisions on your own.

Our business model provides the foundation and fundamentals to grow confident and successful nurse injectors. Each independent contractor (within The Just GLO Network) is in charge of the success of their OWN path to success.

Getting Started: What to Expect

YOU need to have the discipline, dedication, and determination to bring yourself and your business to the top. Being an entrepreneur is not for everyone:

You will need your own workspace. However, we have a wide range of ideas that can help find you find a facility.
You are NOT considered an employee of Just GLO.
We do NOT provide health insurance or malpractice insurance.
You will be in control of your own sucess. This is NOT a medical spa facility where clients are provided for you. You will have to build your own client base.
To remain a member of the Just GLO Network and have your relationship remain in good standing you are held to the standard to follow the guidelines and remain ethical. Even though you are your servicing your own clients you will be using our EMR system and following our procedural and policy manual set out with our Medical Director. This ensures that all providers are practicing safely.
You are responsible for abiding by state regulatory laws, working within the proper scope of your license, and following your state’s OHSA guidelines.

What Does OUR Management Company Provide?

EMR System and Consent Forms

As part of the Just GLO Networks you receive access to our EMR system and consent forms. The EMR System allows your Medical Director to sign off on your monthly charts, but there are other benefits.

Use the EMR as your booking site for your clients to book with you.
Access a payment platform to process credit card payments.
Add new services provided t clients.
Access to a bank of consent forms.

Regulatory Resources

We have provided State-by-state regulatory guidance. These resources guide you to assist in operating within the regulatory framework of your state, while working with the Just Glo Network. Certain states require providers to operate under medical practices owned by a Physician affiliated with the Just Glo Network and others allow you to operate your own practice.

Training Opportunities

As part of the Just Glo Network you have access to ongoing training and webinars. We offer a variety of training for all injectors. From beginner (Cheek or Lip filler) training to intermediate (Jaw Line or Undereye filler), to advanced (Sculptra or Radiesse) training. The aesthetic industry is growing and there are new advancements every day, so no matter how long you’ve been an injector or how much experience you have there are always opportunities to learn new skills to grow your business.

Business Model

The Just Glo Network has negotiated proprietary product pricing with all top manufacturers, leveraging our size and scale to offer low pricing.
Product is purchased on as needed basis, with no minimums. This allows you to work as much or as little as you want.
You are responsible for your own rental space and cost along with the costs of any other supplies.
Just Glo Network requires you to obtain malpractice coverage and you can leverage our resources to obtain the best pricing.
Medical Directors are provided as part of working with our group and the costs are already incorporated into the fees and product pricing.
